Biography
Alfred D. Kingsley has been general partner of Greenway Partners, L.P., a private investment firm, and President of Greenbelt Corp., a business consulting firm, since 1993. Additionally, Mr. Kingsley was Senior Vice-President of Icahn and Company and its affiliated entities for more than 25 years. Mr. Kingsley has served as Chairman of AgeX parent company BioTime, Inc. since 2009 and Chairman of OncoCyte Corp. (NYSE MKT: OCX) since 2009. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Asterias Biotherapeutics (NYSE MKT: AST), having served as the company’s Chairman from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Kingsley holds a BS degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. degree and LLM in taxation from New York University Law School.
