Biography
David is a respected seminar leader, consultant, and professor who has resolved disputes professionally since 1979, and provided training in negotiating skills since 1982. David has had numerous appointments as a mediator and arbitrator in public and private sector union-management disputes, and many of his arbitration awards have been published. David has arbitrated election disputes and mediated disputes among partners in professional partnerships and family businesses. He has designed expedited arbitration procedures for union-management groups and has conducted comprehensive organizational restructuring reviews.
