Mona Lavoie is an Administrative Assistant in the Faculty of Education, supporting both the Academic Advising Office, Professional and Undergraduate Programs and the Coordinator, Professional Learning for Students, Recruitment and Retention. She currently works out of the St. Catharines campus and is responsible for many of the administrative duties that occur within these offices.
