Biography
"Dr. Osman Ulas Aktas is an Assistant Professor of Finance, joined the Faculty of Business in 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Concordia University and MBA in Finance from University of Hartford. Prior to joining to Brock Dr. Aktas worked as a part-time faculty at Concordia University and taught Corporate Finance, Investment Management and Portfolio Analysis courses."

"Dr. Aktas has research interests in the areas of market microstructure, financial institutions and markets, emerging markets, and corporate governance."
