Biography
Ben Vaughan is a Senior Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. Mr. Vaughan joined Brookfield in 2001, and during his time here has helped Brookfield achieve a track record of driving value in its portfolio companies through growth initiatives, increasing cash flows and mitigating risks. Prior to his current role, Mr. Vaughan held a series of executive positions at Brookfield’s Renewable Power business, helping grow the business through organic development projects and building a scalable commercial and operating platform. In addition to his role in the Renewable Power business, Mr. Vaughan has lived in Brazil and played a key role in Brookfield’s investment activities across South America. Mr. Vaughan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada. Mr. Vaughan currently sits on several public and private portfolio company boards.
