Biography
As Vice-President, Bruce Power & Joint Ventures, Terry Bennett is responsible for TransCanada’s Canadian Energy Joint Venture portfolio. Mr. Bennett started his career at TransCanada in 1992 as an economist in Economic Forecasting. Within this department, he held a number of positions before becoming Manager in 1996. He then moved to Power Acquisitions and Business Development, was promoted to Director in 2000 and Vice-President in 2010. Prior to TransCanada, Mr. Bennett worked at DRI-McGraw-Hill, Dunn & Bradstreet and NOVA Corporation. Mr. Bennett graduated with a bachelor of arts from the University of Calgary and obtained a master’s degree in economics from Queens University.
