Biography
In her role as Managing Director at OMERS Infrastructure Management Inc., Ms. Wallace is responsible for managing investments in the OMERS Infrastructure portfolio to deliver long-term value for the OMERS pension plan. In this role, Ms. Wallace is also a Director on the Boards of Midland Cogeneration Venture (MCV), Enersource and LifeLabs. As an engineer with significant large-scale engineering and construction project experience, Annesley has developed expertise in sectors including nuclear and thermal power, transmission and distribution, and renewable energy. Before joining OMERS Infrastructure she held progressively senior roles at SNC-Lavalin Inc., including Vice-President, Operations for the Energy & Industrial division. Ms. Wallace holds Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) and Master of Science (Mechanical and Materials Engineering), degrees from Queen’s University, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
