Biography
In his role as Senior Managing Director, Americas, Sebastien leads OMERS Infrastructure’s Toronto and New York-based infrastructure teams, the acquisition of infrastructure businesses and the active management of portfolio companies in the Americas. Sebastien has 13 years of experience originating, acquiring and managing large-scale infrastructure investments at OMERS Infrastructure. He has board directorship experience in the Americas and in Europe in sectors including energy distribution networks, transmission pipelines, high-speed rail infrastructure, airports, satellites and power generation facilities. Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Sebastien spent seven years with investment banks including Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets advising on M&A transactions and financings. Earlier in his career, Sebastien also worked at the Bank of Canada, Canada’s central bank. Sebastien has an Honours BA (Economics) degree from Queen’s University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
