Biography
Pascal Grenier is currently Vice President, Global Engineering, Operations and Innovation. Mr. Grenier is responsible for Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing/Procurement, Quality Assurance and Innovation for all of CAE’s business units. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee. Mr. Grenier has been working for CAE for over 20 years. In his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility and was involved in almost every aspect of CAE’s products and services, serving as System Engineer, Group Leader of Prototype Integration, Technical Product Manager, Manager – Simulator Platform Technologies, Director – Training solutions & Engineering, Director – Post Delivery Services and then Vice President of CAE’s Global Engineering organization. His extensive knowledge of CAE’s expertise, customer needs and market trends, as well as his vision and leadership allow CAE to stay ahead of the competition and focus on innovation to continue shaping the future of training. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique. He is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
