Biography
Jacqueline Gauthier is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 30 years of progressive experience in all financial and business aspects of an organization. She joined Calian in October 2000 and has held the position of CFO and Corporate Secretary since March 2002. Previously, Jacqueline worked at KPMG and at both Domtar and E.B. Eddy Forest Products in senior financial roles. Jacqueline currently sits on the Board of Directors of Excellence Canada, an organization that is committed to advancing organizational excellence across Canada and also sits on the Board of Directors of a charitable organization, Dress for Success, Ottawa Chapter, as the Secretary and Director of governance. Her core values include Integrity, Quality and Team Work.
