Biography
With over twenty-years of experience, David’s specialty and expertise lies in Phase I – III Environmental Site Assessments, environmental management systems, decommissioning, brownfields and hazardous materials assessment for all types of facilities and properties. Coming from a risk based environmental, health and safety background, he has vast experience working with municipal and private sectors in due diligence proceeding, contamination investigation and remediation.
