Biography
Kevin has developed extensive experience completing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), as well as the filing of Records of Site Condition with the Ministry of the Environment under O.Reg. 153/04. Kevin is a Qualified Person for ESAs under the Environmental Protection Act, and has successfully completed Record of Site Conditions accepted by the MOECC for a number of projects with varying complexity, including the required framework for completion of Risk Assessments.
