Biography
With over 20 years in the hydrogeological sector, Mike’s main area of expertise is groundwater. He has extensive experience with municipal groundwater studies including source protection and resource evaluation along with permitting and licensing for municipal groundwater supplies. In addition Mike has led several multi-sector regional groundwater studies in partnership with municipalities, academia, and the Province. He also possesses expert witness experience at the Ontario Municipal Board, and he is a certified Risk Management Official in the Province of Ontario under the Clean Water Act.
