Biography
Mr. Wayne Cheeseman serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Canada Post Corporation an affiliate of EPO Inc. Mr. Cheeseman served as Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Purolator Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Viterra Inc. (formerly Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc.) since September 15, 2003, where he was responsible for its financial operations, risk management initiatives and corporate information technology. He also spent 14 years with Molson Breweries where he served as Vice-President, Finance of Ontario/West; Vice-President of Strategic and Business Planning; and Vice President of Finance and Controller. He also held various financial executive roles with Carling O'Keefe Breweries and the Auditor General Department, Government of Newfoundland. After graduating, he served at the accounting firm Peat, Marwick and Mitchell. Mr. Cheeseman serves as a Director of Purolator Courier Ltd. and Purolator Inc. Mr. Cheeseman holds the designation of Chartered Accountant and also received Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from Memorial University, Newfoundland.
