Biography
Erik Sande is the President of Medavie Health Services. It is Canada’s largest private emergency services company. Medavie Health Services is focused on out-of-hospital emergency medical services and primary clinical care across six provinces and Massachusetts. Prior positions include Vice President and General Manager of Home Monitoring Healthcare Solutions for Philips Healthcare where he led a global and North American technology and services teams that helped over 1 million people remain healthy and independent in their own homes. Erik received his MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario (London, ON), his Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University (Sackville, NB), and more recently, he completed The Wharton School’s Executive Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA). A dedicated community leader, he has participated on numerous volunteer boards including Canadian Stage Theatre Company, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Power Plant Art Gallery. Most recently he has joined the Boards of the Neptune Theatre and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
