Biography
Training and providing guidance regarding all procedures related to plasmapheresis to Donation Staff. Setting up, disconnecting and operating plasmapheresis machine (equipment preparation and proper waste management of contaminated disposables) and performing venipunctures, Calibrating equipment if necessary, Monitoring donors throughout the procedure and reacting appropriately to adverse reactions or equipment errors, Ensuring that donors are safe and comfortable.
