Biography
Dr.Luc Bousset is a Professor in the Health Studies Department and is cross-appointed to the Department of Chemistry. He received his BSc (Honours) from Queen's University, his MSc from the University of Ottawa, and his PhD from the University of Guelph. Dr.Bousset research involves the application of nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics to the nutraceutical prevention and post-onset management of type 2 diabetes in humans with a view to the reduction of polypharmacy.
