Biography
Todd received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973, and his LL.B. in 1977, both from Queen's University. He has extensive experience as regulatory counsel in administrative law, and as a criminal prosecutor. He is currently a commercial crime prosecutor for the Province of BC. Todd has worked with several instructors in various online courses since 2006.
