Biography
Keith joined Carillion in 2013 as the Director of Compensation and Benefits and was appointed to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources in May 2017. Prior to Carillion, Keith worked at PwC and IBM. Keith has over 25 years of experience in delivering innovative human resources solutions in both generalist and specialist roles. He has significant expertise in Canada and the US in designing, implementing and managing leading edge human resource programs. Keith has a MBA from Athabasca University. He has his CHRL designation from the HRPA and his Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations from World@Work.
