Research Interest
My primary research interests are in Organizational Psychology and Health Psychology, a field that integrates theory and research from Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, and Organization Development. Within these areas, I am particularly interested in the effects of employment patterns (e.g., contingent work, employment uncertainty) on the health and well-being of workers. Additionally I am interested in the causes and consequences of psychological withdrawal from work and in employees’ sense of entitlement.
