Biography
Sean Barry Professor I am an associate professor at Carleton University. My research is centred on the deposition of thin films of metals, oxides, and nitrides by a process called atomic layer deposition. (see the research page for more information about this). We intend to help bridge the gap between thin film deposition and nanoscale feature fabrication.
