Operations management, medical technology management, and clinical engineering. Specifically the implementation of medical device battery management protocols, LEAN process optimization tools, and maximizing medical technology utilization and benefits. The development of asset management software applications for clinical engineering departments to maximize performance, productivity, accountability, and effectiveness of biomedical engineering services.
