Biography
Randy is the vice-president and general manager, Rumford Division. He brings over 20 years of paper mill experience to his role. He has a strong track record of motivating teams to achieve results, and leading projects and programs to continuously improve mill productivity, efficiency and performance. After completing his Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering) at the University of Maine, Randy started his career as a drives and controls engineer and progressed through levels of increasing responsibility, including Maintenance General Superintendent, Operations General Superintendent and Paper Production Manager. Since joining the Rumford mill in 1992, Randy has gained a tremendous depth of knowledge and was one of five Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belts charged to deploy an effective LSS program at the mill.
