Biography
Proven ability to take a project from an idea through design and development to a fully functioning program utilizing a collaborative and inclusive approach. With eSIM, it took 5 years to take an idea to a reality of 3 fully functioning simulation centres in 3 hospitals with a 4th hospital simulation centre in development. From zero to over thirty simulation manequins in service. As well taking the simulation experience mobile to regional hospitals with a specially designed and outfitted vehicle. All aspects from professional collaboration to fundraising to simulation centre design and trained staffing were part of my role.
