Biography
As Celestica’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Bob Noftall leads the Human Resources team and strategy that attracts, motivates and retains the highly skilled employees that drive the success of Celestica and its customers. Bob has over 25 years of international Human Resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Celestica, he was an independent consultant providing Human Resources strategy and leadership coaching to a variety of organizations. Prior to this, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Davis and Henderson Corporation, a leading financial technology provider. Before joining Davis and Henderson Corporation, Bob was Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Cadbury Schweppes PLC, a leading global company in the confectionery and beverages market. While at Cadbury Schweppes PLC he led two Regional HR Positions: Asia Pacific based out of Australia and Singapore and the Americas based out of the USA.
