Biography
Mr. Wilson is a corporate director. Until his retirement in December 2013, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director, of Agrium Inc. (a public agricultural crop inputs company), and has over 30 years of international and executive management experience. Prior to joining Agrium Inc., Mr. Wilson served as President of Methanex Corporation (a public company) and held various senior positions in North America and Asia during his 18 years with The Dow Chemical Company (a public company). Mr. Wilson was also the past Chair of the Calgary Prostate Cancer Centre. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Wilson sits on the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
