Biography
Mr. Etherington is a corporate director. In addition to being the Chair of the Board of Celestica, he is also a director of Onex and SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (each a public company). He is a former director and non-executive Chairman of the board of directors of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (a public company), and a former director of St. Michael’s Hospital. In 2001, Mr. Etherington retired as Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Sales and Distribution, IBM Corporation (a public company), and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM World Trade Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Doctor of Laws (Hon.) from Western University. Mr. Etherington sits on the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance (Chair) Committees.
