Biography
Mark F. DeAndrea is the Board of Director at CelluForce . He is the Director, Vice-President and business unit leader. He has management oversight and responsibility for Domtar’s BioMaterials business which includes advanced fiber, lignin, pine chemicals, hydrocarbons, and other products derived from wood sugars. Mark has over 25 years of international management experience. His background includes bio-refining, renewable energy, and technology. Prior to joining Domtar, he was a partner at PrairieGold (PG), a private equity firm focused on renewable energy and bio-refining technologies. Prior to PG, he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for POET, one of the world’s largest ethanol producers. Prior to POET, he held various senior management positions with international investment banks including RBC Capital and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities.
