Biography
As a Fire & Explosion Investigator, Charles carries out on-site investigations and prepares technical investigation reports. He also performs laboratory tests and simulations to verify hypotheses on the nature and cause of accidents. Before joining the CEP Fire and Explosion team in 2017, Charles served as Fire Chief for the City of Dieppe. He has over 25 years of increasingly senior experience in public services, 20 of which were spent conducting fire investigations. He has also led extensive improvements in fire and rescue operations and emergency medical services. Charles has performed more than 300 investigations and has been recognized as an expert witness in numerous court cases.
