Biography
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Jean-François Joubert is the chairman of the Board of Directors and supervises the work of the 75 employees in CEP's five offices located in Laval, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto and Moncton. He ensures the technical and administrative management in many of the Company's projects. As a forensic engineer, Jean-François carries out on-site accident investigations and prepares expert reports. During his many years as a forensic engineer, he has conducted laboratory tests and simulations to verify hypotheses on the nature and cause of accidents. He has carried out over 1,700 investigations and has been recognized as an expert witness in numerous court cases.
