Biography
Michel Millmore joined the CEP Forensic Engineering inc. team in August 2012. Since 1993, he has conducted, as a project manager and a team leader, numerous environmental investigations. He also has carried out major projects related to the fields of environmental assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. Michel is a certified environmental site assessor (CESA) (évaluateur environnemental de site agréé (EESA®)) recognized by the Quebec Association of Environmental Verification (AQVE) (l'Association québécoise de vérification environnementale). He is also recognized as an expert by the Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et des Parcs (MDDEFP) and can certify documents required by section IV.2.1 of the Environmental Quality Act. As a CEP forensic consultant, Michel conducts and coordinates environmental assessments and remediation projects.
