Biography
Mr. Macdonald was most recently the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at INC Research from January, 2013 through October, 2016 and Vice Chairman from October, 2016 through March, 2017. He joined the Company in July 2011 as Chief Operating Officer when INC Research acquired Kendle, where he was Chief Operating Officer from May, 2011 to July, 2011. Prior to joining Kendle, Mr. Macdonald served for 15 years in various senior operational and finance roles at Quintiles. Mr. Macdonald earned a BA in Economics from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and is a UK qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
