Biography
Dr. Leng Hong Pheng has over 10 years of industry and consulting experience in pre-clinical studies and pharmacometrics. He joined Certara in 2008 as Associate Scientist and later became Associate Director in 2015. He is responsible for PK and PK/PD analysis using state-of-the-art methods and software and performs non-compartmental, compartmental and population PK modeling in various phases of drug development and in specific populations. Prior to joining Certara, Dr. Pheng worked at both pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as a scientist, and his main responsibilities were to design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies, and to perform non-clinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis.
