Biography
Mariève Dupuis has been working in the field of pharmacology for 10 years. She gained her preclinical PK experience in the Drug and Discovery Support group at Boehringer Ingelheim, where she planned and executed surgical procedures required for oral and intravenous automated PK studies in rodents in order to perform non-compartmental PK analyses. She was also involved in the redaction and revision of SOPs and reports. Then, Mariève worked for a CRO where she gained clinical PK experience. Her role as PK Scientist involved the review and writing of clinical protocols and analysis plans, the review of clinical and bioanalytical data, the NCA PK analyses and the writing of clinical study report for submission to FDA, EMA, Health Canada or ANVISA.
