Biography
Matthew Carter, Jr. served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Inteliquent, Inc. from June 2015 until February 2017 when Inteliquent, Inc. was acquired. He served as President of the Sprint Enterprise Solutions business unit of Sprint Corporation from September 2013 until January 2015 and as President, Sprint Global Wholesale & Emerging Solutions at Sprint Nextel Corporation prior thereto. Mr. Carter is a trustee of the Gould Academy and the Bishop’s School and previously served as a director of Apollo Education Group, Inc. He has been a director since September 2012 and is a member of the Board’s Compensation and Organization and Governance Committees.
