Biography
Mr. Rocheleau has more than 45 years of IT industry experience. He joined CGI in 1985 as part of the first CGI acquisition. Throughout his CGI career, he has held various positions such as a Director of Consulting Services in SI&C and Infrastructure Management, including having client account management responsibility for several large client IT organizations. In 1992, he was promoted to Vice-President and later Senior Vice-President, Business Engineering. Since 2000, he has held the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Business Engineering Officer. In these roles, Mr. Rocheleau and his team successfully lead the selling, design, pricing and negotiation of large long-term IT outsourcing contracts for CGI. He developed CGI’s Full-IT Outsourcing model and practices and the Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF). Prior joining CGI in 1985, Mr. Rocheleau spent 14 years in various IT functions within the information technology department of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Mr. Rocheleau holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
