Biography
Tim Hurlebaus is head of CGI Federal, a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. which provides services to clients in the fields of civil, defense and intelligence activities of the US federal government. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Hurlebaus served as Senior Vice President of the National Security and Defense Agencies Business Unit of CGI Federal, which supports the missions of various organizations and programs such as: the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, several clients of the intelligence community, the US General Services Administration, the United States Navy and Marine Corps, and the US Air Force. In addition to managing CGI Federal, Mr. Hurlebaus is a member of the US Executive Committee and the Strategic Growth Council, which contributes to the growth of the company's operations in the United States. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Hurlebaus has held senior positions in the government and commercial markets. In this capacity, he managed the income statement, business development, sales activities and strategic planning. He has also led CGI's Enterprise Markets Business Engineering and Strategic Sales group in the United States to drive growth in the public and private sectors, including state and local governments, health care, health care and healthcare. banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and the manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors. Previously, Mr. Hurlebaus led strategic growth projects for CGI in Europe and Asia, focusing on key strategic accounts and establishing a culture of sales efficiency. In addition, Mr. Hurlebaus led the annual planning process and linked CGI's global resources with customer leads and service delivery teams in Europe and Asia. Prior to this position, Mr. Hurlebaus worked in the US market for over 16 years, where he was responsible for a total of $ 90 million of civilian agency accounts and worked for clients. intelligence community such as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Mr. Hurlebaus also managed CGI's supply solutions group, implementing procurement solutions in federal and commercial organizations to provide support for catalog orders, supplier management, solicitation and contract management in the acquisition functions of these organizations. Mr. Hurlebaus is active in his community. He served as president of the little league baseball Annandale - North Springfield, board member of Sleepy Hollow Elementary School and Honorary President of the 10 th annual gala Teardrops to Rainbows. Mr. Hurlebaus holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Purdue University.
