How do you take the massive amount of information needed to make a pipeline project safer, more efficient and most cost effective and put it at a client’s finger tips? That’s the type of complex challenge that Alex loves to solve. In collaboration with teammates from around the world, Alex helps pipeline clients master and manage vast amounts of data using the best practices available, including mobile geographic information systems (GIS) data capture that comprises of preliminary routing, right-of-way (ROW), construction management, inspection workflows and other critical project information. The best part of his job? Working on a dynamic team that develops new web map technology allowing clients to see all the moving parts of their projects – all at once and in real time.
