Elizabeth Sreeves

Biography

As a graduate Engineering Geologist, Elizabeth Sreeves brings her passion for geology and fascination with built infrastructure to life every day through her earthwork design, flood alleviation and landslip monitoring work. She loves combining her technical knowledge with her creativity to find the best solution for a specific challenge, knowing that she can collaborate and learn from colleagues on a daily basis. “It’s so important to collaborate with my colleagues and learn from the experiences they have had. I recognize that I have the chance to ask for help, network and share knowledge with others, and that is really important to me,” says Elizabeth. But it’s within the problem-solving aspect of her role where Elizabeth excels. She says, “The best part of my job is working through those challenging times – no two days are the same and you never know what challenge may come your way. But there is nothing more rewarding than getting the answers, finding the solution and seeing a project through to construction. You know that no matter how small your role, you were a part of getting it built.” Elizabeth’s enthusiasm and integrity are key assets to CH2M as we endeavor to find the best engineering and infrastructure solutions for our changing world.
