Biography

Our ports team has continually expanded to many countries across the globe and recently started work in Poland. Thanks to John’s entrepreneurial personality, DCT Gdansk gave us the opportunity to present our capabilities and bid for an exciting project, beginning our adventure with this client. John turns challenge into opportunity by involving the right mix of global teammates to adapt to the working culture in Poland as well as meet the stringent requirements related to European Union funds. John commented, We rely on the Polish team, who is critical to our success, to guide us through how to deliver this project in accordance with local procedures. By working in collaboration with the ports experts in the U.K., the client receives exactly what we promised – a mixture of our global ports expertise and the local knowledge that comes from our talented team in-country. The global nature of our industry, with projects across the world, makes John’s career more exciting.
