Kyle Arnold

Biography

Kyle Arnold is a Lead Mechanic in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, U.S. He joined CH2M through our Employee Referral Program after serving five years in the United States Army as a Power Generation and Diesel Mechanic. His passion for mechanics stems from his appetite for turning challenging projects into successful opportunities. One of his most recent projects was modernizing the water treatment plant that was built in the 1960s to align with current technologies. He helped with the implementation and was a part of the BRAT team assessment. He also enjoys pilot testing with CH2M engineers. They use sections of the Department of Environmental Protection in New York to test small scaled pilots and get them running seamlessly. But aside from the many projects Kyle enjoys working on, he comes to work every day because of the people. “If you show initiative to further your career, there is someone who will help you here,” he said. “From personal experience, so far the company would not do me wrong.” Kyle appreciates building relationships with the leadership team, as well as his direct team and employees within his local office; not only do they connect through projects, they also get involved within the community by planting new trees, cleaning the Woonsocket river and attending community events throughout the year.
