Biography
Helping others is in Michelle’s DNA. Whether she's assisting the Fayetteville project or supporting one of our regional leaders, she is passionate about meeting the needs of others. Why does she love her job? The people. I have built a lot of close relationships with the people I work with; these relationships mean a great deal to me. I love people and that is why I love my job. Does Michelle have challenging days? Of course. But she is grateful for every one of them. She believes that she wouldn’t be where she is today without those opportunities, without being pushed, motivated, inspired and encouraged. From the first day she walked into CH2M, Michelle has felt like she is part of a family that is driving forward human progress and improving lives around the world.
