Tim Luther

Biography

As Operations Manager in Fayetteville, Arkansas, U.S., Tim oversees the operations of two wastewater treatment facilities and biosolids management site. Tim loves being involved in the evolution of the industry. He has been a part of several advancements for Fayetteville's biosolids management – from land application and landfilling to using solar and thermal drying – resulting in an end product the client can sell. Tim is excited about all the possibilities for the future of the industry.  The best part of my role is working with our employees and helping them to reach their goals. I’m passionate about seeing our employees grow within the company and to know that maybe I helped them in some way to reach their goals. Tim cares deeply about his wastewater career and the advancement of the wastewater profession. For the past seven years, Tim has volunteered his time to serve as an officer and Board member for the Arkansas Water Works and Water Environment Association. He helps arrange monthly training sessions for Northwest Arkansas water and wastewater operators to earn training hours to maintain their licenses. His dedication to inspiring his team to be game changers, unlocking new ways of serving our clients and delivering industry firsts, is why we’re proud to have Tim on the CH2M team.
