Tomasz Bernady

Biography

As Highway Team Leader in our Warsaw, Poland office, Tomasz supports his team by providing senior-level technical expertise, managing resources and facilitating collaborative design while working with other teams and offices.  When I joined our company a few years ago, I was impressed with the resourcefulness, determination, and professionalism of each road team member. When you are working on projects with the complexity that ours have, it is having knowledgeable engineers and teamwork that allow us to face up to our daily challenges. At CH2M, Tomasz has an opportunity every day to learn a new point of view or different approach to road design. “The exploration of knowledge and discovery of differences in regulations keeps my job exciting and gives me further opportunities for self-development,” he adds. Working hard and delivering numerous projects on time is a joint accomplishment of our team, which has opened up the path to collaborating on projects in the UK. Tomek’s team is now involved in the design of A14 Cambridge – Huntingdon and will become part of the Smart Motorways Program in the near future. The ability to deliver work in English and enhance his own language skills is another advantage of practical experience Tomasz enjoys.  “I'm proud to be a part of this team and CH2M,” Tomasz tell us, and we are lucky to have him on board.
