Linda B. Bammann

Biography

Ms. Linda B. Bammann served as Deputy Head of Risk Management of JpMorgan Chase & Co. from December 31, 2004 until her retirement in 2005. Ms. Bammann served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Management Officer at Bank One Corporation since May 15, 2001 until its acquisition by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2004. Ms. Bammann served as the Chief Risk Management Officer of Bank One Wisconsin. Ms. Bammann served as Senior Managing Director of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. from October 2000 to May 2001. She served as a Managing Director of UBS Warburg from April 1992 to June 2000. Ms. Bammann was also a member of Bank One's executive planning group. In addition, she was Chairperson of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. She serves as a Director of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, Inc. She has been an Independent Director of JpMorgan Chase & Co. since September 16, 2013. She served as a Director of The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation since December 18, 2008 until July 31, 2013. She served as the Board Member of the Risk Management Association. She serves as a Director of Manulife Finance (Delaware), L.P. She served as a Director at Manulife Financial Corporation from August 2009 to May 3, 2012. Ms. Bammann holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and her Master of Arts from the University of Michigan.
