Reid A. Bigland

Biography

Mr. Reid A. Bigland had been Chief Executive Officer and President of FCA Canada Inc. since July 2006. Mr. Bigland has been the Head of Alfa Romeo & Maserati and Head of U.S. Sales at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since May 24, 2016. Mr. Bigland served as Head of NAFTA Fleet at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since October 5, 2015 until May 24, 2016 and served as its Head of Nafta Sales & Alfa Romeo since August 2014 May 24, 2016 and its Chief Executive of Alfa Romeo and Maserati Brands since May 2016. Mr. Bigland served as Member of the Group Executive Council at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since September 1, 2011. Mr. Bigland served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Chrysler Canada, Inc. since July 2006. He served as Head of U.S. Sales at Chrysler Group LLC since June 2011. He has full responsibility for the Ram Truck brand and he is in charge of sales strategy, dealer relations and operations, order facilitation, incentives and field operations in the U.S. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer - Ram Truck Brand since April 2013. He was Head of Ram Truck Brand until August 2014 and Head of Dodge Brand until April 2013. He served as its Senior Vice President of Chrysler Group LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Dodge Car Brand and President of Dodge Car Brand at Chrysler Group LLC since June 2011 until April 2013. He was responsible for all Chrysler Group sales and marketing activities in Canada. He served as Head of Dodge Brand until April 2013 and Senior Vice President at Chrysler Group LLC. He served as President of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, a South Carolina-based business unit out of DaimlerChrysler's Commercial Vehicle Group since 2005. He served at Canadian Airlines International from 1988 to 1997 holding positions in the areas of operations and Labour relations. In 1997, he joined the Canadian commercial truck company Western Star Trucks and served as its Director of Vocational Sales since 2001, Director for U.S. Sales since 1999 and Director of Human Resources since 1997. He served as Chairman for FCA Canada Inc. He also served as Director of Vocational Sales of Sterling Trucks at Freightliner LLC since 2001. In 1999, He relocated to the United States, where he held a number of positions increasing in responsibility in the areas of sales and general management at Freightliner LLC. He served as General Manager - Dealer Operations at Freightliner LLC U.S since 2002. During His career he has had responsibility for all aspects of Management, including Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Planning, Customer Service and Distribution in both Canada and the U.S. He serves as the Chairman and Director of Chrysler Canada, Inc. He has been a Director of Chrysler Group LLC since June 13, 2014. He has been on the Board of Directors of the University of Windsor since 2006. He has been member of Group Executive Council (GEC) on September 1, 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
