Biography
Mr. Gerry C. Quinn is an Independent Director of Ironhorse Oil & Gas Inc. Mr. Quinn has been President of The Erin Mills Investment Corporation since September 1989. Erin Mills is a substantial private venture capital company with a diverse investment portfolio. Prior to joining Erin Mills, Mr. Quinn served as a Senior Officer in Magna International Inc. and Barrincorp, both publicly traded companies, and he served as a Partner in the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Quinn has been a Director of a number of public companies and is also a Director of a number of private companies in diverse industries. In addition, Mr. Quinn now invests his own capital and acts as an investment advisor to emerging usinesses. He has been a Director of a number of private oil and gas companies since 1991.
