Biography
My role at Contextual Genomics is to lead the research and development of molecular and computational quality assurance methods for genetic-based cancer diagnostic assays in sequencing data. Quality assurance methods include assay performance, increase accuracy in identification of low prevalent variants, and sample contamination among others.
