Michael Coors

Biography

Michael Coors is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of CoorsTek, and Chief Executive Officer of Outlast Technologies. He currently serves as a manager of 9th Street Investments, a Board Member at Schulze Global Investments, and is on the Board of Directors at Lightning Hybrids, a hydraulic hybrid vehicle company. Prior to joining CoorsTek, Michael was President at a startup ski area in the Colorado Front Range. He joined CoorsTek in 2008 as an R&D Project Manager working on ion-transport membranes and systems, and various technology, operations, and management roles in the company. In 2012 he became CEO of Outlast Technologies, an advanced materials company. In February 2016 Michael was promoted to Co-CEO of CoorsTek, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He and his wife Charity reside with their three children in Denver, Colorado.
