Danny Brouillard

Biography

Mr. Danny Brouillard is the Managing Director and Co-Head, B Loans at Cordiant Capital Inc. Previously, he served as a Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Brouillard has been Managing Director of International Finance Participation Trust 2004. He joined Cordiant in 2006. Mr. Brouillard served as Vice-president at Stable Capital Advisors. From 1995 to 1998, he was a Chief Financial Officer at a mid-sized food services business and co-founded a consulting firm catering to start ups. Mr. Brouillard began his career with the Corporate Banking Group of HSBC Bank, where he co-managed a USD 500 million portfolio of Canadian and foreign multinational accounts. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Brouillard served as Director of Capita Financial Corporation, where he structured project finance transactions in Emerging Markets with a particular focus on the telecom, energy, and environmental sectors. Mr. Brouillard has taught International Finance courses at HEC and Bois de Boulogne College in Montreal. He holds Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations. Mr. Brouillard holds an International M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business (York University) and a B.Com. from HEC.
